3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your subscription with anyone outside your household or beyond the number of licensed device connections in your plan. Sharing accounts may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are in GBP (£). Payment is due in full before service activation. We accept Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) and Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). Subscriptions are non-recurring. There are no automatic renewals.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the service for commercial redistribution, public display, or any purpose other than personal residential entertainment without a reseller agreement.

britishiptvmax's liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms without notice or refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time, though no refunds will be issued for unused portions unless covered by our refund policy.

10. Changes to Terms

britishiptvmax reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via Telegram when possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
